Sir,

You are well aware that you can use your official channels taking your immediate superior into confidence to use sattelite channels to report your HQ Office HR and lawyer to resolve your grievance, by asking them to make representation to the district police. I am sure your are well networked. As per standard operating procedure of International Law, you can request your Secretary of incorporated body of professionals to request their lawyers to maintain a status quo.

At first please do not get more late and file a police compliant in your nearby police station. Then referring that document, you can file a divorce petition on the ground of cruelty. Supreme Court decision is there if your wife is unable to mingle with your family members, definitely you can file a divorce Petition. Apart if your wife is an employee, you need not pay any maintenance.
You need to file another police complaint that your Father has been barged from his home by your in-laws and in referring that police complaint can process the same before the Magistrate seeking a prayer to reinstatement.
As this is a personal problem, may the employer will refrain itself and better to solve it on your own.

Sir
You can file/lodge a F.I.R. by sending a letter to take appropriate action. As your sister is local can easily lodge the F.I.R.
It will be better to send letter or lodging F.I.R. through your sister/father.
Thanks
