What to do if my parents are tutoring me and letting me marry

My name is safwana shaikh (23yrs) and I am having a boy friend (21yrs) and we are muslims.I am in relationship with him from 2 yrs.My boy friends family is very good they respect me and they are agree to make me their daughter in law but my father and mother both dis agree with my opinion.They are dis agreeing because my boy friend's family is a middle class family ..so one day my parents were arguing with me to get marry to some settled bachlor.I disagreed with their decision and said my parents about him ...my parents called my boy friends parent and said dont talk to my daughter and if he ever met me they will kill him or take him to police.I said ny parents that I will marry my boy friend when he will get a jab and make a good life ..my parents doesn't allow me to go out side. Or when ever I go to college they tourture me ..they says me to sleep always with them..my parents not only do this with me they also touture my small sisters.me and my bf wants to do court marriage.
Both of you are majors. Since this is the case you don't need to worry. You can either get a registered marriage or get marriage through a mullah who can give marriage certificate. You can get police protection also from court

You can file a Domestic violence case against your father, which is permitted under the Domestic Violence Act. If you intend to marry with your b/f and both of you are majors, you can perform marriage before the registrar or get eh same solicited through a Qazi. We can seek police protection, if the circumstances so indicate.

If you really want to marry him and want to share life with him come out from your home and go for registered marriage as you both are majors no one will stop to doing that, if so then have a police help.

both are same community only because of money your parents not accepting your marriage with your boy friend. you are major you have a right to choose your life partner. but if you really feels that you will be happy with your boy friend then go and marry him. but think once again as your parents wish.
