What to do if my neighbors are troubling me

Hello sir, My neighborhood had some people living on rent they produce a lot a lot of noise after 10 Pm till 1 AM & in morning they starts from 5:40 AM. I dont know what to do with them. From my side i had told them my problems and gave them warnings as to not produce disturbing noises. They talk very loud on phone and with their friend that are not a part of that rented room. Also their is a single wall........as they had occupied aome portion of our property.
Hi, if they people produce nonsense you please complaint to nearer police station. Have you make complaint to the owner of that property? If not then please also make a complaint to him in written make a copy safe for future correspondence. You can also make a written complaint to Police for the same. Please mention all the details clearly.

They doing a wrong work again you and society
You can do a cmplain against him to the nearest sdm office
Bcoz they are doing public nusense and voice pollution
Under cpc section 91/92 government can take action against your neighbor
Go ahead and do a complain because everyone have right to live under 21 of constitution
