What to do if my mother falsely accuse me of theft?

18-Mar-2023 (In Family Law)
I'm a 26 years old female living in India. I currently live with my mother and younger sister. Both of them are mentally disturbed. I have been suffering like hell from years because of them. Right now I'm self-employed at the stock market, but my mother keeps all my earnings. I've been learning web design to make a career in it, but my home's extremely toxic environment doesn't let me focus on my career or health. I want to leave my toxic family and live on my own, but I fear that my mother would falsely accuse me of stealing either her money or jewellery because she is a very obsessive and dangerous person. She won't let me go so easily. What are my options to defend myself? What would happen if she bribes the policemen and falsely accuse me of something or tries to trace me through them and then create problematic situation on my workplace or my residence? Kindly help me, I'm in a disastrous situation. I just want to end all relationships with both of them.

You can seperate yourself from them by executing the needful formalities. Get a publication also made that you are no more a part of the family which in itself will be an evidence and also will be legal.
