What to do if my girlfriend's parents torture her

I am doing job and legally fit for marriage . I love a girl who is underage, her parents came to know and started torturing physically and mentally on her . she is with me and asking for help . what should I do ??
Until your girlfriend is 18 years you cannot marry her and you must be 21 years. Ask her to hide for a few days elsewhere orelse you will be charged under kidnapping. Your girlfriend should be also in your favour too see she doesnt change last minute

You can file a writ in the concerned High Court for obtaining an order not to disturb the girl while living with you by her parents. Because I believe the police will also be incapable here and will only listen to the parents, therefore only through the High Court the girl can pray for a secured life without threat.

Since the mentioned girl is admittedly underage, her parents have the right to take decisions of her behalf. However, if she feels that she is getting tortured in any way, you can approach the local women police station for help. There are several NGOs also who specializes in helping underage girls.
