What to do if my family forces me to go back and live with my husband

Hello sir,  i want an advice from you .its been 8 month's i got married. My husband has a vocal chord problem when getting married his parents said he is under treatment it will get solved upto some extent. Then after i came to know he is very silent he dont know how to speak but everytime he used to say you have to speak whether i speak or not. Everyday he is doing the same.my marriage is like incomplete for me iam not satisfied with him because without communication and mutual understanding how can a relationship moves. Everyday he is use to take me out but he dont speak. if i say no he dont like.he used to say marriage means everyday we have to go out . Then he started i want child everyone is asking me its only one month .if you say something he will repeat the same .he dont know how to be with wife because of this mentality i left the house without informing. iam scared to kill myself i returned my parents home.now everyone is forcing me to have physical relation with him
