sir ager ek ladki ki shadi ho chuki hai or or ouske pass ek bachi ho or ouske husband ki death ho gyi ho fr ouse sasural wale. tang kate ho toh kya ousko alag rehne ka insaf mil sakta hai or wo dusri married karwa sakti hai kya or sath mein wo bachi ousko mil sakti hai
Yes..us ladki ko apne husband ki property se hissa milega...child ko ancestral property se bi hissa milega...child apni mother ke pass rhega as now she is childs natural guardian..vo ladki alag reh sakti hai aur second marriage kr skti hai..she has many legal rights..no need to worry
