What to do if I am forced to stay in a marriage and tortured

My friend was forced marriaged to a person.He had sex with me without her will.She spent 5 years with him.Now she wants divorce but he doesn't.If she cases a file,then her family and his family may kill her because his brother had attempted murder on her but she was urged to tolerate because none helped her.Please help me to get her divorced.Because her father and her brother also beat her till today brutally.please help.
