What to do if husband and inlaws are torturing me

Sir/Ma'am , I got married 8 years ago. I have two children. Since marriage my relationship with my husband and in_laws is not good. This was an arrange marriage. My husband is a bank officer. My husband blindly follows his parents . He does not apply his sense to decide what is right and what is wrong . His family always mislead him against me and he blindly follows them. Till now I have tried all the means so that the matter can be solved. But now this is horrible. He even doesn't care his own children and beat them . He abuses me and my parents in front of my(our) children. He and his family harass me mentally as well as socially. Now I have decided to take legal action . I am living with my parents for about a month. My husband has one brother elder to him and he ( brother) is a divorcée. Thus my husband's family have already fought a case of divorce. What should be my first step and if I complain in caw cell, how much time will it take for first reconciliation.
Its the vry serious matter and u should take any legal action against all.first you should file mainenance and 498-A for the cruelty in the civil court with the assist of any lawyers and maimtenance should be file before the principal judge family court patna.

Except this, you can file a complain case in the respective Destrict and Session's Court with respect of the behaviour of your husband and in laws under section 498(a) IPC.
