Dear Client,
In the present scenario, you should take the help of police esp. Mahila police station and lodge an FIR against everyone who are tourturing you and your mother. You can also file a complain case in the District & seesion's court. So far as your jwellery and other items are concerned, you should make a list of it and present it while filing FIR or filing the complain petition.
