What to do if father kidnaps her own daughter

Hello Sir, I (27 year) like a girl (24 year) since 2012, her family know every thing from starting, now we want marriage at this time her father denying all things, as i forced to marry he hide his daughter and file a FIR at local police station, As his Girl is missing. we have not complete any count marriage formalities etc. Because earlier her father was agreed or never do like same we meet them together many times. She lost her mother in childhood in road accident her father made another marriage. her father rape her, she got pregnant then he made abortion because some amount is given by govt against her mother as she become 20+. We are belonging from same village, please suggest me what should I do ? Or skip all thing here only ? I have no proof regarding the same unless girl is missing too. Thanks

the daughter is missing and he has lodged an FIR at the police station. you should cooperate with the police and in case the police harass you, then you should file a petition in the HC for FIR quashing statting that you had nothing to do with the missing of the girl and they are harassing you. you should also state the aforementioned facts which you have stated here.
