What to do i got married at the age of 12

Hello, i (boy) was married at age of 12 , and know i am 23 i am refusing the marriage i want to marry an another girl .can i refuse the marriage legally? or do i need any divorce first ? Or if i marry secretly will be there any legal consequences to me ?
marriage at the age of 12 is not valid as per law, but we have to see the custom prevailing in your area.... and you can refuse the marriage untill unless you have not accepted the marriage or cohabitated with her as husband and wife.... still you can refuse the marraige on certain grounds prescribed in the act or otherwise you have to take divorce one you have accepted the marriage ..... so contact us as soon as possible....
