What to do grandfather does not give sufficient money

Hello sir/mam good Morning. I issue is my grandfather did two marries. And my grandfather have pension of bsnl is about 17 thousand something and he gives to my grandmother 4000 only per month where he lives in night with my grandmother. And the second grandmother lives in west Bengal where he gives half of the total pension monthly. And grandfather always abuses my first grandmother roughly. So my grandmother wants to distribute the pension please help me. Thank you.
In which year your grandfather has entered in second marriage? If after 1956, then the second marriage is illegal. Your grandmother c an give an application to his office for getting half of his pension being his legally weded wife and office will take appropriate action .

If you belongs to hindu family , second wife have no legal right over husband's property as per hindu law because second marriage if first wife is alive void. Inform this fact to the department from where your grandfather is getting pension.

Your grandfather's second marriage is illegal. Your first grandmother is legally entitled to have sufficient sum of money from your grandfather to survive. Your grandmother needs to file a Complaint Case or to lodge F.I.R. against your grandfather for the torture and domestic violence being committed by him on her. Besides, your grandmother also needs to file case for maintenance in the Family Court either under the Hindu Law or under 125 of the Cr.P.C. seeking adequate amount monthly for her proper maintenance.
