Aapke husband ka agar extra marital affair hai to aap cruelty ke ground par divorce file kar sakti hain. Apne husband se monthly maintenance bhi claim kar sakti hain. Aapke paas divorce ka option bhi hai aur judicial separation ka bhi option hai. One time alimony ki demand bhi aap kar sakti hain.
