a girl committed suicide after being cheated by her boyfriend. how can we save the boy now?
Dear Sir,
He must deny all the relationships with that girl. Get anticipatory bail immediately and file a quashing petition before the High court under section 482 of criminal procedure code. There are so many ways to protect the boy since in dowry death the burden is on the accused to prove his innocence etc.

Hi...first you have to see any complaint is lodged against him if yes then under what sections case was filed and according to that you have to move further or if u have apprehension of arrest then you have to apply for the bail.
