What is the share of daughter in her fathers property

My Father, Retired Kerala Govt Employee has left me amd mother 28 years back. He didn't take any care of us. I would like to know my rights on his property or any other .

Hello Madam, Sorry to say this but your question isn't clear about 1.whether your is alive or not. 2. Whether your parents have got divorce or not. 3. What religion do you belong to. 4. Whether the property is ancestral or self acquired. Assuming that he's alive and your parents hasn't got divorce and you're a Hindu and property is self acquired; whether your parents got divorced or not it'll not affect your rights as a daughter. But any right upon your fathers propert (self acquired) will only accrue only when he is no more as per Hindu Law. If it's ancestral then you can seek right in it. Hope my answer helps.
