What is the provision for maintenance under s125 crpc for hindu

Want residential order from husband.hindu religion,n arranage marriage.
If you are legally wedded wife then you have right to claim maintenance and residential order from husband. You can claim maintenance u/s 125 crpc and it is your husband duty to.maintain you. Once ur legally wedded then you have right only on your husband property.

You can claim for maintenance under section 125 of Cr.P.C. at any judicial magistrates court but if you want divorce also then you will claim at family court.
You can include residential purpose in the claim of maintenance and kids claim too.
