What is the process of transfer of divorce case on pregnancy grounds

Police were refused to accept complaint, My husband beat me and i am in pregnancy of 7 month thus i come to my paternal(gujarat) house and now in my city police asked to complain from your maritial state(Rajasthan), state is different what should i do? How to lodge fir against my husband? And husband also sent me divorce petition Which he filed in family court Rajasthan ? Also i. Am in pregnancy so i can not able to go their state(rajasthan) ? What to do to transfer this petition to my city and what times is take to transfer?

To transfer the divorce Petition which your husband filed in Rajasthan to Gujarat you will have to file a transfer Petition in the Supreme Court. In the meantime you can file under Protection of women against domestic violence in the magistrate court in your area for reliefs like maintenance, rent, payment of medical bills, compensation .

Madam, in this condition you get typed complaint to the police stn at Rajesthan. Explain detail of incidence and cruelty committed by your husband. Therein also write that your are at present in Gujrat and unable to travel till ... time and request to register the complaint, and send the same to thè concern police Station incharge by RPAD.
