Under Section 109 of the Code, an appeal shall lie to the Supreme Court from any judgement, decree or final order in a civil proceeding of the High Court, if the said High Court certifies: That the case involves a substantial question of law of general importance. the Supreme Court of India has the power to review any judgement pronounced (or order made) by it.
