he period of limitation within which a spouse, against whom decree of divorce has been passed, can file appeal against decree of divorce, is 90 days from the date of decree of divorce.

you can apply for court marriage immediately after getting copy of divorce decree but you have to wait till 90 days after divorce.

Hello,

You can wait up to 30 days from the date of dismissal of the seaside IA.. THEN YOU CAN PROCEED FURTHER for re-marriage..
But there is chance for the JD TO GO FOR filing appeal even after the period of limitation by filing sec. 5 application under cpc.
your action should be swift. call me for further details regarding RE-MARRIAGE.
