I love the girl of my real moss and she also loves me, we both want to marry each other..But our house is refusing to marry this marriage, so I want to know that if we marry people by their will, then our marriage will be valid on the legal basis.Or, we have to get help from a lawyer..

Look ..You can do the registered marriage easily ..There is no any law which can stop you to doing this act unless you both are constitutionly not adult moreover the familias are concerned they will try to stop you but you can take the help of a lawyer.
