What is Requisition Letter and Sworn Statement?

24-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
Dad was a retired railway pensioner. MRO office is asking for the following to process my legal heir certificate application: 1. Requisition Letter - Dad's employer denied giving any such letter. No idea where to get this letter from and what it is supposed to have. Submitted the PPO too. 2. Aadhaar Card of Family Members (Already submitted mine and mom's. Sister doesn't have Aadhaar and lives in the US) 3. Education/DOB proof - All submitted for the 3 of us (me, mom and sister) 4. Sworn statement of state government employee - Don't know who to reach out to for this and where to get the documentation for this.

requisition letter is nothing but an application to apply for legal heir. if not contact the concerned mro office personnel who has raised the query. so that basing on that a Notary public shall prepare the required documents for you to obtain the legal heir.
