I am rahul. I married app. 8year. My wife leave with her parents from last 4month without any reason. I and my family went to go many times but she refused Everytime and told you full fill my all depends. Last month, she sent me at notice through a lawyer. She claimed dowery again me and my family on the behalf of theshe online A/c transections. She has service.
My question is if I case under section 9, I wanted to come back my wife at our home. What is the possibility of opposite party what to do?
