Yes Marriage is valid according to the law of land. I didn't get clarified what complication your talking about. after wedding as per notification you have to applied for marriage registration.

Marriage performed in the ARYA samaj temples is a valid marriage and you can also get it registered in the marriage register. It will be purely valid as the necessary rituals in hindu religion is saptapati that is performed at the time of the marriage in the arya samaj weddings. And as far as the issue of the writ of habeus corpus is concerned it is generally filed by the parents of the girl for the production the body of the girl but if you people have attained the age of the majority as presumed from the very beginning then they can not restrain you and you can also ask for the police protection or the protection from the court if the threats are given
