What can I do as iam facing mental agony.wife don't let me stay neither let me talk with son nor showing me son .Iam facing mental agony to be away from my 6 years son .I'm missing my son badly .Just because law only supporting women she can't do what ever she can .its been a year she didn't show me single time .Only i visit (now I stay far) i can see or mert just 5 mins .What can I do ? Why can't be equal family law for men and women after all pains are pains for anyone .Why people are not looking at mental agony faced by mens these days .

You can file a case for custody of the child and also seek visitation rights. There are laws still on land which looks at the best interest of the child. If in the child's best interest is with you then the Court will graciously give you the custody. But for that you have proceed before the Court.

You have an option to avail a legal remedy by filing a Custody Petition of the child and wherein the court will give visitation rights during the pendency. The main consideration is the welfare of the child and on being satisfied the Court can grant you the custody.

You can file for Restitution of Conjunction Rights u/s 9 of Hindu Marriage Act asking your wife to come live with you in matrimonial relationship. As far as your wife is not lerting you see or visit your son, you can file for claiming custody of your child by way of a guardianship petition. If is granted custody if child through court you can requst for visition rights of your child
