What are the the rights to have pension of deceased father

MY FATHER WAS DRAWING PENSION FROM MES. AFTER HIS DEATH, MY STEP MOTHER IS GETTING PENSION WHICH IS USED BY MY STEP BROTHER AND HE IS NOT READY TO TALK ON THIS ISSUE. WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS ON PENSION OF MY FATHER BEING LONE SURVIVING DAUGHTER OF FIRST MOTHER. I BELONG TO HINDU FAMILY.
Pension is a right of an employee and also that if tou are a criminal still you will be paid your post retiral benefit. No one can with the pensionary rights of an employee. Being the employees daughter and that too of the first degree you are entitled for the same post death.
