what are the rights of second wife on her husband and properties

husband alone was living in Bangalore separately, he was not in touch with his first wife for more than 8 years (2007-2014). He filed the divorce in 2015 and got exparte decree in March 2018as first wife never appeared in the court. He was married to Second wife in November 2014 before the divorce was filed and second wife got to know about first wife in February 2015, waited till the divorce decree is issued but after getting divorce from first wife, husband refused to introduce second wife to his parents so she filed DV and cheating complaints. Husband accepted to stay with second wife in mediation centre and high court in dec 2018. Now first wife reopened the case in 2020 by giving false information that she was unaware of divorce etc.... what are the rights of second wife on her husband and properties? Whether mediation centre agreement and High court order is sufficient proof to prove second marriage is valid.
