What are the right of women if husband has some other affair

My husband has an affair with a divorcee woman.i have some intimate photograph of them.i hear that they are in live in relation.but i have no prove.depent some photograph can i legally punish my husband.i am a hindu bride.
There are judgements which states that husband having an affair outside his own marriage is not cruelty against the wife he is married to, but you can punish him in other ways by filing cases against him so that he breaks off.

madam u can file a matrimonial suit for seeking divorce from your husband. Else than that you can seek relief under section 125 Cr.P.C by claiming maintenance from your husband. You are also entitled to file a case of Domestic Violence.
