What are the legal rights of married women to visit her parents

My husband and in laws do not let me go to my parents place. It a been years that I went to my place. They give silly reasons. I want to take a legal step to know the laws regarding this.

Their is some reasons for not allowing you to meet your parents, you have find it out/ are not interested to disclose it, ok but you have fundamental right, what about your parents have meet you after marriage.

Hi no one has right to object the freedom of an individual. As per the Indian Constitution, No person shall be deprived of his/her life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law. If you feel that your personal rights have been exploited by your husband and in laws, then please remind them that they are committing an offence and try to resolve the matter amicably.
