What are the legal rights of 2nd wife and step children in property

A man died leaving his wife and two sons.. later that widow married another man who also had lost his wife ..and he had three daughters. now after marriage they were a family of 7 ( i.e the man his three daughters , his second wife and his two step sons) .. they together later had another son..making 8 of them..( i.e 3 sisters , 3 sons , wife and husband). one fine day then dad died leaving his 3 daughters 3 sons ( 2 step and 1 his own) and wife alone and all the property and cash was on the name of the daughters. Can the wife and her 3 sons demand anything in that? and one house was on the name of his first wife in that property?
In your question itself is having answer. All the property and cash is in the name of daughters. So, where is question of legal right. It is only the mercy of them (Daughters) , she can get some thing. If the father was having anything in his name then she is the right .

When property was in the name of daughters, the other persons ( wife and her 3 sons ) cannot claim anything from that property. Daughters can claim right of share from the house which stands in the name of their deceased mother.

1) The property in the name of first wife will go to the three daughters(born to man and first wife) and 1 son(born to man and second wife).
2) The Properties and cash in the name of the daughter's will go to the daughter's only as the monies are in their name only.
3) If there are any properties, bank balances in the name of deceased person, these will vest with all the legal heirs(3 daughter's, second wife and 1 son) in equal shares.(i.e divisible in to 5 equal shares).
4) Step sons will not get any share of deceased persons property.
