What are the documents required for filling divorce by mutual consent

What are the documents required for filing of divorce by mutual consent. Is it necessary to mention a previous FIR which was quashed by the HC in the divorce petition.

No there is no need to show quashed fir. If you want to get divorce by mutual consent , come to my office then proper and appropriate guidence will be provided to you.....thank u

Following documents are required to b filed along with petition for mutual divorce
1. Marriage proof of parties
2. I D and residence proof of both the
Parties
3. Passport size photo of both parties

There is no need to mention previous FIR at all.

Dear Querist,
The Documents required to file Divorce petition by mutual consent would include (i) Marriage invitation card, (ii) Marriage registration certificate (if any), (iii) Marriage Photograph, (iv) Divorce Petition (joint) (v) Affidavit by both the parties (vi) Passport size Photographs of both the parties (vii) settlement agreement signed by both the parties (if any).
The mentioning of previous FIR already quashed by the Hon'ble High Court need not be mentioned in the Divorce Petition.
Note: The documents may differ from case to case and the documents mentioned herein is strictly to the contents of the question raised by the Querist.
