what are legal procedure to get married after divorce?

hello sir/mam, my daughter got divorce in april this year, i want to do her second marriage, may i know the procedures for the same, need to do asap.She has a daughter and the would be groom has a son, both want to get married on 2nd july. Your response is awaited

The procedure is same as was followed in the first marriage. Registration of hindu marriage is an important point and one should must register his/her marriage.

After divorce decree there is no legal embargo on marriage procedures. They can proceed for marriage either according to ritual ceremony or the Court marriage. However, it is expedient to get the marriage registered before Registrar Marriage at Tehsil office or the District Court according to the locality where ever you are residing.
