What action can I take if husband has remarried without giving divorce

Me and my husband really loved each other. Because of bad company he get involved in girls and now it seems he done second marrige. I am not understanding he was playing with me before or now but can we send him some notice type which shows that he is giving me so mentally harassment that I am forcefully thinking of natural death. He get caught with a girl in his room in the same building but when he leaves for dubai he said he will send me visa but now it seems he is sponsoring his second wife which is illegal marriage. I donot want to break relation just want to send him some notice who shows that I am vet my mentally Harras because of his behavior and keen to do suicide or some naturally death way.

Your husband can be booked under bigamy if you are able to obtain proof that he has married again when his marriage with you is existing. He can be put to severe hardship if that happens. Even otherwise you can file a case of adultery. But proving adultery may be difficult. I advise you to first visit a psychiatrist before taking any decision as you look too affected with the trauma that is going on.
