We, me and my girlfriend where in relationship for more than 10 years, she agreed to marry me, we were in physical relationship also, first her parents agreed for our marriage my parents were not ready i have convened my parents but now her parents are not ready. Now because of family pressure she is also not talking with me. What to do. What is the solution. I want to marry her. Is there any solution for this. I don't want to loose her.

hello for a married person there is law to get her back to matrimonal home but here this seems like a living relation. somehow we can figure out what best can be done to reunite both of you. they can be. a family counselling session be done so things work out positively

hi if you both want to live together then you could file a petition for habeas corpus in high court to ask the court tk produce her as she is illegally detained and restrained against her wishes and yo know her opinion in court
