We are two brothers since 40 years I live out of the native. Last year mother expired. Father expired 55 years before. My brother created problem about house saying that house was constructed on other's plot by father . What can be done in this situation

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that your query is in short as firstly if amicably nothing can be solved between both of you do collect all your relevant documents which shows about your ancestral property and property purchase by your father because if your cousin brother or sister no objection has been given or you have not given no objection etc many other things have to be seen for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
