We are Christians. I'm in Kerala and my fiancée is in Canada. We intend to marry but she will be getting only 3 weeks leave this year. We intend to get married but the 30 days notice will be a problem. So, can she get her part in the Marriage notice form under the Special Marriages act in Canada with a notary and send it to me. Then I can also attest my part from a notary in India. Can we send the application like that to the registrar. Thank you in advance for the advise.
