Wants to marry a girl in my relation in hindu

Can I(rajput, hindu) marry my father's cousin(1st) brother's daughter's daughter? Is my relationship comes under sapinda? If so, is there any legal way to marry her and settle in india? Please help.

In accordance with the hindu marriage act your marriage is void as the same comes within the sapinda relationship and the same is not recognized by law however if there is any customary laws existing in your community that you can marry father's cousin in that case only it may be valid.

dear sir if you both are majer (balig) and to know both each other and fully faith each other then you apply for marriage before the marriage registar along with two independent witness who identify both of you.
