Hello Sir, I am working in bihar secretriate. I love a girl in my home location. Both of our parents are not agree to do our marriage. we are from different case .. I am yadav(OBC) & she is kurmi(OBC). we want to do marriage at any cost. Her father always beats her and also threats to kill her and keeps her in 24*7 in house. her all study etcs. has been closed by her father. And now she was even not able to meet me. yet she contacts me on phone but can not meet me. she can not come out of the house so that we can do court marriage. her grand father is a senior criminal advocate and he always tells her that he never let the marrige happen. uske nana ji ek senior criminal advocate hain aur wo use humesa kehte rehte hain ki wo kbhi bhi humari shadi nahi hone denge. aur uske parents humesa use maarte pit te rehte hain aur ghar me band kar ke rakhte hain. plzz sir kuch option bataiye ki main free karwa sakun. wo ab tk do baar suicide try kr chuki h

You guys should opt for Court marriage under special marriage act where caste doesn't matter. However, so far as your gf is in complete custody of her parents, then your gf can either directly take the help from police by way of lodging F.I.R or file a criminal complain petition in the court of law.

If both of you are consenting for marriage no one can stop you from getting married. The only thing is that she should be ready to marry you. As far as family pressure is concerned, both of you will have to sacrifice your family. If she is ready to against her family, solution is there. Once your marriage gets the seal of the court, it's full and final. For this thing to be executed you have to strategically formulate the legal steps to be taken with a conviction of facing all the hardship s which you might face during the course of time.

The girl is minor or major ? If major, file a 'Habeas corpus' petition before Patna High Court stating all the facts i.e. you and girl want to marry but girl's parent do not want to let it happen and illegally confined her under their captive against her wish.
