Want to know the procedure for speeding up the result of my case

Hi, my divorce case is already going in Poonamallee sub court in Chennai..... its already 2 years completed and doesn't getting any improvement (always putting dates for next hiring ).... is it possible to change case to Madras high court and speed-up result?

Please request your dealing advocate to pursue your case more vigorously and ensure early hearing. At this stage, the Hon'ble Madras High Court will not interfere in the lower court's proceedings. In such matters, patience is to be exercised.

Hi sir/madam. First you understand why case is delay only few thing 1. your advocate not contest properly 2. Judge is not interested mean they given only date 3. Respondent fight mean you don't get immediate solution

It is possible to get a direction from High Court for speedy disposal of the case. But for what reason it is getting delayed? Whether the Respondent has filed counter? You have to give reason for the delay. And you can transfer the case to Family court, Chennai. But there also so many pending cases. For further details please contact me.
