Want to file a cheating case on my boyfriend

Iam in a living relationship from past two years. My boyfriend has given me a fake promise of marriage and now he is looking for matches in their circle. when i confront him he is lying that he didnt look for any matches. And he is spreading false eligations on my character infront of their family. and still staying with me.

If he is not marrying with you then you may file a complaint against him at the nearest police station. You will have to draft a proper complaint detailing major incidences, better to draft under the supervision of an advocate so that ingredients of offences are made out in the complaint.
