Want To Become Legally Brother Of Someone Girl.

Hi, I m from Delhi I want to know how can i become a brother of someone? We are know eachother from 10 years and make rakhi festival together. I m married I have 2 kids and she is also married she has 2 kids. Problem is public and other persons who knows we r not real brother and sister. Plz. suggest me what can I do for become her my sister legally.
You both should go for declaration of title before the court and the court will issue you the certificate. Also publishing declaration.
