meri wife ko emotional black mail krte h divorce k liye jese suicide krke dikhana cast ko leke coz husband sc cast se h nd wife general nd i have all proof to prove that se want to stay with me. so what should i do ? after under section 9 HMA. nd i am not to contact her since last 5 month and her father make complaint in station that i am forcing girl to stay but she take stand in front of police but after a month they force her and she refused to come with me please help i want her back

In your case if she's currently at her parental home then you can always file a petition under section 9 HMA to call back her into your matrimonial life. And then she will be duty bound to reply to your petition and may come back. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You need to file section 9 petition before the family court where the marriage was solemnised or you as a couple last resided. Do engage a lawyer and get the same drafted and filed. Its technical so you need to avail the legal services

File sec 9 and go for councelling no one can stop u from being united so fight and reach the goal but your wife should not be divertef for further wuery plz free to call me and send notice to her parents address
