Want my wife back is this a good idea to go legal..

Hi , I did love marriage in 2019 from arya samj mandir me and my wife started living together suddenly after 1 days my wife brother and father came to my native place and started saying that he want to do social marriage to maintain his social reputation as in my wife society no body knows that she did marriage i agreed and i handover my wife to her family after 1 month and now it has been more than 2yrs but she didn't come and her father planing to do her second marriage i was continuosly in touch with my wife till Dec 2020..but from January i don't know what happened to her and her family they are forcing me to give divorce but i don't want to do i want to live with my wife i love her so much and right now her father washed her brain and she is saying that she don't want to live with me i have tried everything but nothing gone happen. Some one said to do section 9 case but as per law court can not force my wife to live with me.. I don't know what to do; i just want my wife back..

If your wife has deserted you without any just and cause you can file restitution of conjugal rights and without procuring divorce she can not marry any body else legally. Also it is a fact that you can not compel anyone to live with you however it can be settled through mediation, which every court grants you during the divorce petition. Please feel free to contact. you will have to file a restitution of conjugal rights case. that is the only way out. you may also file a complaint before the police but that will be effective only if your wife wants to stay with you and not otherwise. apart from that options in law are limited for you if your wife does not want to stay with you.

Sir you have to file a Section 9 Petition under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 to call back your wife to live with you though Court. Let the Court interfere in the matter, otherwise there are no other option to call your wife back. Put all the details of the mental and emotional harassment that your wife has been subjected to. Narrate the entire saga and I am sure the Court will take the matter seriously, and try to find out why your wife does not want to stay with you anymore.
