Can a girl file any counter case of any domestic violence or harrasment after the marriage has been termed as voidable by court?
No these can not be grounds for the declaring the marriage voidable as per section 11 of Hma,1955. However, seeing the facts and circumstances of your case we can find out tenable grounds to declare your marriage voidable or null and void.
