Visiting rights of minor kids (2.7yrs boy ( party doesn’t comply)

I have been given visiting rights to meet my minor kids(twins -2.7 yrs) physically but my husband doesn’t comply to court’s order by taking an excse of corona.what should I do?
Although I also got the right to make video call on alternate day for 20 min but my kids doesn’t even recognise me on phone.....please suggest what should I do as I am dying to meet them
You can file a comtempt petition before the high court and further you can undergo with latest RTPCR report if your husband is making excuse of covid 19 Pursuing with these remedies you can meet your kids. For any other information you can have a consultation with me.

in the response of your query, before your meeting with your kids, you should be vaccinate your self nanda also tested crona negative reports...and copy of court orders also shown to your husband , then , if your husband refuse to comply with the court order, then you can move application before the court .....
