Victim of false section 498a case

Respected Sir / madam nI want to come out permanently fromn false section 498a case filed by fraud wife and her parents,nMy marriage was arranged in March 2016, & I have no child nwife lived with me 6-7 months only,nOne day her father takes her into his house and she never returned back, I tried every effort to bring my wife back but always she denied n In May 2017,n they filed a false section 498a case against me and my parents in which, Wife's father blackmailed us by demanding money, nAll this results the death of my father causing heart attack,nSir by profession, I am a small field worker,nWife and her parents not coming in fake 498a case from last (more than) 3 yrs., nIn Oct. 2019 wife and her parents agrees on compromise with issuing of court's original certified copy of compromise in Maintenance case. nThey demanded 6 lakhs Rupees for settlement and In Dec. 2020, Wife, her parents and her advocate again filed Maintenance 125 crpc case, nPLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE....... nAnshul
