Value of stamp Duty for Power of Attorney from family member.

i have to get the Power of Attorney from family member. Used that to transfer the share of my father to my name. So, how will be the stamp duty value. This POA is going to use in Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirtaes. ie internationally.
The details are incomplete. However any power of attorney for use in another country must be properly stamped as per state stamp act and then notarized. For use in Abu Dhabi th POA must be endorsed by Indian embassy in Abu Dhabi.

Principal is your father and you are the power of attorney holder. first of all draft the power of attorney with the help of advocate and get it registered from the registrar office of the same jurisdiction on 100 Rs Stamp Paper. and then that power of attorney will get registered in Au Dhabi also. Registration charges vary from State to state.
