There is a dispute between my sister and her mother and father in law. Is there undertaking on stamp paper for seperation from each other is valid. On which stamp we can take undertaking

Hi Any undertaking on a stamp paper depends upon the intention one wants to out forth. What is the intention on that undertaking, what are the future recourse of that undertaking, what are the rights and liabilities attach to that undertaking and whether you will wave of each and every rights while taking the undertaking on the stamp paper.
