Understanding issue before Registry

One year of our relationship but at now some understanding issue with her and there was registry issue between two families. The Girl family doesn't agree with the registry marriage before the social marriage and some of my mind I can't along with her. That why if I refuse to marry her there was any lawful matter with me. Actually if I can't marry the girl they were any case about my name and family

Hello. your briefing is not clear. Does she and her family have already filed a case against you and your family?? is there any intercourse and commitment of marriage to her?? If answer is yes then your must take precautions if you are deciding to call off the marriage. Is your marriage arranged or its love marriage?
