Uncles illegally acquired grandmother's property and running business

07-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
We have a land registered in the name of my grandmother. In an attempt to take control of the entire land (with the cold storage built on it), my uncles are carrying out illegal business on the same land. They have formed a new partnership firm and have made a bogus agreement stating that my grandmother has transferred the land to their firm. They have got an stay where the court has restricted the sale of land to any third party. Now, they are running the cold storage built on the same land for two years without license. How can I get the possession of the land back legally?

1. Either ask your grand mother for division of land accordingly to all. Or
2. Report the cold storage to local authority if its running illegally.
3. You have to file petition in high court for clear of stay of transfer of land.

You should take immediate steps for the vacation of the stay order that has been obtained by your uncles from the Lower court. To do so, you must challenge the stay order in the High Court and plead before the court that the same was obtained by playing fraud on you.
